Because we are so confident about the quality and value of our services, we offer these services on a no-risk, "try before you buy" basis. After discussing your needs and obtaining the necessary background information, we prepare a detailed proposal at no cost and without obligation. If you agree that the plan and the estimated final cost are reasonable, we will then prepare and analyze your data and present a summary of the results for your consideration.

For example, if we build a regression model, we will reveal the R-squared statistic (how much variability in the model's target variable is explained by the model) as well as model validation results. Or if we build a predictive CHAID segmentation model, we will show you the entire gains chart and the model validation results. And so forth. If the necessary data are available, we will also provide an ROI analysis based on the model. This means that you are able to see how good the analytic results are before deciding whether to compensate us. Upon payment, the full, detailed results are provided in a management report/presentation so that the model/analysis can be deployed. We also provide you with specific tactical implementation assistance as necessary.

This offer is made solely at our discretion on a first come, first served basis. It covers only our professional data-processing and analytic services, not out-of-pocket expenses such as costs for syndicated data overlays, air travel to client, etc., which are always billed at cost.
